How long does a bathroom remodel take?

It depends on the size of the room and what we find once the walls are open. A full gut-to-finish bathroom is a matter of weeks, not days, and tile and waterproofing need curing time that cannot be rushed. Enrique gives you a schedule in writing with your estimate, after he has seen the room.

Do you handle permits?

Some work needs a permit and some does not. We go over which category your job falls into during the walkthrough and sort the paperwork out with you before demo starts, so nothing gets torn out under a question mark.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Enrique's first language is Spanish. You can call, text, fill out the estimate form or use the chat in Spanish or English, and you will get the same answer either way.

What areas do you cover?

East County is home base: El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Lakeside, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, Rancho San Diego, Casa de Oro, Alpine, Jamul and Ramona. We work San Diego, Chula Vista, National City, Bonita, Coronado and Imperial Beach regularly, and North County towns like Poway, Escondido, Vista and Oceanside on request. Everything is inside San Diego County.

Yes. We come look at the job, take measurements and give you a written estimate with the scope spelled out, at no cost and with no obligation.

Do you clean up?

Floors get covered, dust gets controlled, and the site gets cleaned at the end of every working day. Demo debris is hauled away, not left in your driveway.
