Taken down to the studs and rebuilt: new shower pan, new plumbing work, tiled walls and a glass sliding enclosure.

Second bathroom, full remodel

A hot-mopped waterproof pan, stacked wall tile and a marble hex mosaic floor, finished with a new vanity and recessed shelving.

During: hot-mopped waterproofing, the floated shower pan with stacked wall tile, and the marble hex mosaic dry-laid before it is set.
After
Finished bathroom: glass shower door over the hex mosaic floor, new vanity, mirror and shelving niche.

Staircase and plank flooring

A straight staircase rebuilt with new wood treads, white painted risers and a slim black iron railing, with plank flooring run through the hall.

During: bare treads with the crew working, and the old tile out to the slab with plank going in row by row.

Finished stairs with wood treads, white risers and a black iron railing, and plank flooring with new trim through the hall.
